COACHING DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

As part of our ongoing commitment to raise the standard of coaching excellence, BSC is launching a strategic Coaching Development Initiative. This effort is rooted in professional growth, education, and alignment with our long-term vision.

To support this initiative:

• The application process is refined to clearly define expectations, responsibilities, and required qualifications, as outlined in each position summary.

• We will emphasize individual coach development by providing personalized guidance, actionable feedback, and performance metrics that promote accountability and progress.

• A reimbursement framework will be implemented to incentivize professional learning, course participation, and credential advancement.

• We are establishing a clear developmental pathway across age groups to ensure seamless movement and growth aligned with the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model.

  This initiative will empower coaches to thrive in an environment that values excellence, collaboration, and purpose-driven leadership. Together, we’ll continue to build a high-performing, unified coaching culture at every level.
