Mind to Muscle: Off Field Strength and Conditioning Program

The Barrie Soccer Club and Mind to Muscle of Barrie are working together to provide our players, coaches and parents with a series of interesting articles to assist in off-field strength and conditioning techniques.

These articles, customized for soccer players, are intended for boys and girls of all ages and will help both House League and Rep players become better conditioned athletes and improve their soccer skills.
